Research Assistant Janne G Lyngby

DVM

Dr. Janne Lyngby, Department of Veterinary Clinical and Animal Sciences, Section for Medicine, Oncology and Clinical Pathology, University of Copenhagen contributes to the programme with her knowledge in Internal Medicine.

She received her DVM from University of Copenhagen in 2012. She did her Master’s thesis about “Quality assessment and optimizing of products in canine blood banks”.

She completed a small animal rotating internship at University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada, in 2013 and in 2013 she started her Small Animal Internal Medicine Residency at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.  Research project: validation of HPLC-MS/MS of clopidogrel and its metabolites in feline plasma.

Main research interests are: hemostasis as well as gastroenterology and endocrinology.

On the programme Janne will participate in the lecturing in the Internal Medicine specialisation track.
