Professor Fintan McEvoy

Professor Fintan McEvoy is currently Professor of Veterinary Imaging in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, Section for Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging, University of Copenhagen.

He provides clinical imaging services in a variety of imaging modalities to the University teaching hospitals.  He is one of the Course Directors at the Methodology and Paraclinical module in the Masters compulsory course.

He is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging and has served on its various committees.  He has the Diploma in Veterinary Radiology, from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (UK), a PhD from the University of London and a DVSc  from the University of Copenhagen.

Research areas center on quantification in medical imaging, image analysis and statistics.  His expert areas are within a variety of advanced diagnostic imaging modalities.

On the programme Fintan will lecture during: Veterinary Methodology and Paraclinical Skills.
